How fast will my site be ready?
Most sites are ready inside a week. Once you approve it, going live with your own domain usually takes a few days more.
Do I need to write the content myself?
No — we draft everything from what is publicly known about your business, then refine it with you. You get final say on every word.
What about my photos?
We can use your real photos, professionally generated imagery, or a mix. Your call.
Can you add bookings, ordering or AI?
Yes — booking systems, online shops, and AI automation that handles enquiries, quotes and follow-ups are all things we build. That is the software and AI side of Kivo.
What if I already have a website?
Even better — we will walk you through what we would change and what it would cost, so you can compare properly before deciding.
Who owns the website?
On one-off plans, you do — outright, once paid. On monthly plans, it is yours to use from day one and fully yours at the end of the term.
What does the care plan cover?
Hosting, your domain, SSL, backups, security updates, and content tweaks — change your menu, prices or photos any time by just emailing us.
Can I cancel?
One-off clients can stop the care plan any time. Monthly plans run for their 12-month term, then roll monthly — cancel with 30 days notice.
