A short conversation about your business, then a fixed quote and a date. Nothing is charged until you have agreed both.

You do. The code, the content and the domain are yours. On a monthly plan, ownership transfers once the 12-month term is paid; on a one-off build it's yours from launch.

The monthly plan rolls on at the same price and becomes a care plan — hosting, domain, SSL and updates stay covered. From month 13 you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice; there's no second 12-month term.

One-off (£345 Starter / £495 Full) is paid 50% to start and 50% on launch, and the care plan alongside it is optional. Monthly spreads the same build over 12 months with no upfront cost, and the care plan is built in. Same site either way.

Ask and we'll hand over a full export — files, content and domain — whatever plan you're on. If you're inside a 12-month term, the remaining months are still due; after that, 30 days' notice and that's it.

Most sites are ready inside a week. Once you approve it, going live with your own domain usually takes a few days more.
